Reservation and Cancellation Policy
If our Check-In/Out timing does not suit your holiday program, kindly inform us about the same. Necessary room allotments can be arranged with prior information, subject to availability, and may be chargeable by us directly. We may charge a compulsory gala dinner/lunch supplement on Durga Puja, Christmas, New Year’s Eve, or other festive periods.
Check-In Time: 2 PM / 1400 Hours
Check-Out Time: 11 AM / 1100 Hours
(For Gangtok, Pelling, and Rumtek)
Cancellation or alteration in bookings is entertained, but prior information is required at least a week before your Check-In date. Kindly also refer to our Reservation/Cancellation or Amendment Policy.
We are an adult couple-friendly hotel. Both guests must present valid photo IDs, and both should be above 21 years of age as per law. Please carry a valid government-issued photo identity and address proof with you for the Check-In procedure. Note that PAN Cards are not accepted as a valid Identity Card.
The Credit/Debit Card holder must be one of the travelers if you have booked with us using any of these cards. We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations where it appears that a customer has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity or under other circumstances where it appears that the reservation contains or is a result of a mistake or error.
Breakfast Timings: 7:30 AM – 10:30 AM
All requests outside these hours will be chargeable.
Refund Policy
Cancellation Charge (For Online and Offline Booking):
Less than 72 hours prior to the arrival date & time: No refund.
More than 72 hours prior to the arrival date & time: 30% of the total tariff will be charged as a cancellation fee.
Refunds will be processed within 5-7 working days.
Amendment Policy
Any amendment made more than 72 hours prior to the arrival date & time will incur a 30% amendment charge on the total tariff, subject to availability and the applicable rate of the revised date.
No amendments will be allowed less than 72 hours prior to the check-in date & time.
Pets are not allowed.
